Denmark funds international students through the state, and Aarhus University uses that money for a limited number of scholarships for master's applicants from outside the EU. They go only to applicants who are liable for tuition fees, which is exactly where citizens of Uzbekistan sit. There is no separate form: applying for admission puts you into the assessment automatically.

Part of the tuition
What the award contains depends on the faculty: Arts and Aarhus BSS add a monthly living grant to the tuition waiver, while Natural and Technical Sciences give the waiver alone, either full or partial. A student who gets only the waiver must show their own funds for living costs, which is also a condition of the student residence permit.
