What we do not promise, and who pays us
This is what the market promises. This is what we do.
Users pay INTAKE.
Only Plus and Pro users pay us.
Universities do not pay INTAKE.
Not for a place in the catalogue and not for a place in your list.
This is what agencies promise: “Free: the university pays us”. We do not do this.

We do not call and do not ask for your number
You write to us when it suits you. Every way to reach us is on the Contacts page.
This is what agencies promise: “Transfer a prepayment to a card”. We do not do this.
We take no payment outside the plans page
Never by transfer to a card. One payment opens a plan for 30 days, and the plan does not renew by itself.

A rule for the whole country, not only this programme
With an 11-year attestat, applicants enter this programme after a foundation year.
You get a score, a category and a list of what is missing
Each programme gets a score out of 100 and a category, with a list of what is missing beside it. A plan with dates up to the deadline is part of Plus. The score shows how ready your profile is for the programme’s requirements, weighted the way that country weighs them. It does not estimate your chance of admission.ExampleBSc (Hons) Computer Science

How to check any firm, including us
Five checks that take a few minutes and work for any study-abroad service.
Read the Competition Committee warning
The Committee warns about firms that promise an easy move abroad to study or work, and tells you to check that such a firm has a licence.
Source: Competition Committee of Uzbekistan, 19 June 2025 (opens in a new tab)Find out who pays the agent
The British Council writes that an agent’s fee is usually paid by the university, as a commission.

Search for the legal entity by name or STIR on orginfo.uz. It is a private directory; the official record is with the tax service at my.soliq.uz.
Source: orginfo.uz directory (opens in a new tab)Read the contract before you pay
The Committee tells you to read the contract before paying and to deal with a registered legal entity. Our own advice on top: pay through Payme, Click or under that contract, never by transfer to a private person’s card.

The British Council writes that an agent cannot get you different entry requirements or information from what a direct applicant gets. You can apply to the university yourself.

09 · Questions and answers
Questions families ask
What does it cost, and what is free?
Matching with a score, saved programmes and the scholarship catalogue are free, with no time limit. Plus and Pro are paid in soʻm: one payment opens a plan for 30 days, and it does not renew by itself.
How do I know you are not scammers?
We do not call and do not ask for a phone number. You can pay only on our plans page, never by transfer to a card. We take no money for a university, a visa or a dormitory. How to check any firm, including us, is in the section for parents above.
Who submits the documents: you or us?
You do. INTAKE is not an agency: we do not submit documents for you, do not speak to universities on your behalf and take no commission from them. We show what is needed and by when.
Where are my data and my passport scan kept?
In this version your profile and documents are kept only in your browser and are not on our servers. You can download or delete everything in your profile. There are no advertising or analytics trackers.
Can I get in without an agent at all?
Yes. Most universities take applications directly: through UCAS, uni-assist or the university’s own site. An agent cannot get you different requirements from a direct applicant. If you still choose an agent, check their licence and contract, and compare their requirements and dates with INTAKE, where each one links to its source.
I have IELTS 5.5 or no IELTS at all. Is it worth trying?
Yes. We show each programme’s minimum, including the score for each part, and programmes with a foundation year, where the bar is lower. We will not promise “without IELTS”: if a university accepts another exam, it is in its requirements with a link.
Can I enter a UK bachelor’s programme with an 11-year attestat?
Usually not directly. Most UK universities ask for 12 years of school, so the route is a foundation year or a year at a university in Uzbekistan. We show these programmes with the category “Via a foundation year”.
Where does the money for tuition come from?
We show tuition and living costs per year in soʻm next to your budget, and scholarships from official pages only. The scholarship catalogue is free; marking the ones you qualify for is part of Pro. We do not lend money and take nothing from banks.
Which languages does the service work in?
Uzbek, Russian and English. Switch the language in the menu at the top of the page.
