Privacy policy
An application profile is sensitive: grades, a family budget and often a passport scan. This policy says what INTAKE keeps, why, where, who else sees it and how you control it.

Who processes your data
Operator: INTAKE. Company details will be published once the legal entity is registered.
1.What we keep
Only what you type in or upload yourself:
- your email address, which you log in with;
- your profile: education, grade average, subject grades, test scores, activities, budget and the year you want to start;
- the documents you upload, such as an attestat, a transcript or a test certificate;
- your saved programmes, your plan, your applications and a record of every AI request made for you;
- your payments, if you buy a plan: the plan, the amount, the date, the payment service and its transaction number.
2.The passport scan
A passport scan is the most sensitive file a profile can hold: it shows your photo, the document number and your date of birth. You decide whether to upload it, and you can delete it at any time. No AI reads a passport: a person looks at it.
3.What it is used for
For one thing only: calculating how ready you are for each programme, showing what is missing and building a plan with dates. Your email address is used to send you the sign-in code. Payment records are used to open the plan you paid for and to show your payment history.
Your data is not sold and not passed to universities or agents. Nobody can pay to change the order of the list, because payment is not part of the score.
4.On what basis
We process your data with your consent. You give it when you log in: the sign-in screen says that by logging in you agree to the terms of service and this policy. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting your account, and the processing stops.
This policy follows the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On personal data” (ZRU-547): who the operator is, what is processed and why, where it is kept, who receives it and what rights you have.
5.Where the data comes from
From you alone: everything we hold about you, you typed in or uploaded. We do not buy data and do not receive it from schools, universities or agents. The programme and requirement data in the catalogue is public information about universities, not about you.
6.Where it is stored
In this version of the service your profile, answers and documents are kept only in your browser and are not on our servers. You can download or delete everything in your profile.
7.How AI reads your documents
In this version no AI reads your files and nothing is sent to an AI provider: after an upload you see sample values for the demo, marked as such. They do not go into your profile; only values you type in yourself do.
9.How long we keep it
Until you delete it. “Delete account” removes the stored files first, then the account and everything linked to it. Nothing is kept afterwards, and your login stops working at once.
10.Your rights
You can do all of this yourself, without writing to us:
- see what we hold: everything the account keeps is on the Profile, Documents and Roadmap screens;
- download it: Profile → Your data → “Download my data” gives one file with everything;
- correct it: every field of the profile can be edited on the same page, and values read from a document go into the profile only after “All correct”;
- delete a file: “Delete file” in the file’s menu on the Documents screen;
- delete everything: Profile → Your data → “Delete account”. This also withdraws your consent.
12.Age
INTAKE is for applicants aged 16 and over. If you are under 18, use it together with a parent or guardian, and ask them to read this page too.
13.Changes to this policy
Changes are published on this page and the date at the top is updated. If you keep using INTAKE after that, the new version applies to you.
