Terms of service
Plain rules for using INTAKE. By using the service you agree to them.
Last updated 4 October 2026
Who runs the service
Operator: INTAKE. Company details will be published once the legal entity is registered.
1.What INTAKE is
INTAKE calculates how ready your profile is for a programme, names what is missing and turns it into tasks with dates. It is not an admissions agency. We do not submit applications for you, we do not speak to universities on your behalf, and we never state a probability of admission, because nobody can calculate one honestly.
2.Numbers come from the catalogue
Every requirement links to the page it was read from and shows the date it was checked. A requirement marked “Not checked yet” has not been reviewed by a person. Before you act on a deadline, a fee or a grade, confirm it on the university’s own page. The link is next to the requirement for that reason.
3.The counsellor
Our scoring rules calculate the score. The counsellor uses AI to explain that result in your language and must link to the requirements it used. When it cannot, its answer is replaced by a fixed template and marked as one. It can still be wrong, and the university’s own page always comes first.
4.Your account
You log in with a one-time code sent to your email, and you are responsible for keeping that address to yourself. The service is for applicants aged 16 and over. If you are under 18, use it together with a parent or guardian.
5.Paid plans
Everything in Free stays free. Plus and Pro open more for 30 days per payment and do not renew by themselves. The price, how to pay and how to get a refund are set out in the public offer, which you accept by paying.
6.What you may not do
Upload only documents that are yours. Do not pretend to be another applicant, do not download the catalogue in bulk, and do not try to reach another account’s data. We may close access for any of these.
7.Intellectual property
The code, design and interface texts of INTAKE belong to INTAKE. Programme and requirement data comes from open sources: each requirement links to its source, and the licences of the open datasets are listed on the About INTAKE page. Your profile and documents stay yours, and we use them only as the privacy policy describes.
8.Ending access
You can stop using INTAKE at any time and delete your account in Profile → Your data. We may close access to an account that breaks the section “What you may not do”. If you have a paid plan, read the refund section of the public offer first.
9.Availability and liability
This is an early version. It is provided as it is and can change or stop working without notice. We are not liable for an admission decision, a missed deadline, a fee paid to a university, or a choice made on a figure you did not confirm at its source.
10.Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If something goes wrong, write to us first; a dispute we cannot settle together is decided under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
11.Changes to these terms
Changes are published on this page and the date above is updated. If you keep using INTAKE after that, the new version applies to you.
With questions about these terms, write to us. The addresses are on the Contacts page, and an answer can take a few days.
