Public offer

1. 1.What this document is

   This is a public offer: INTAKE’s proposal to conclude a contract on the terms below with anyone who pays for a plan. Under the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, paying for a plan is acceptance of the offer, and the contract is concluded the moment the payment goes through. Nothing needs to be signed.

2. 2.What you get

   Access to the paid features of the Plus or Pro plan for 30 days. What each plan includes is listed on the Pricing page. Everything in Free stays free and needs no payment.

   A plan does not change an admission decision or the order of programmes in your list: the university decides, and payment is not part of the score.

3. 3.Price

   Plus costs 115,000 UZS and Pro costs 210,000 UZS for 30 days. The price shown in the payment window at the moment you pay is the one that applies. A later change of price does not touch a period you have already paid for.

4. 4.How to pay

   Through Payme or Click, on their own page. You type your card details there, and INTAKE never receives them. The plan opens as soon as the payment service confirms the payment, usually in less than a minute.

5. 5.Period and renewal

   One payment opens the plan for 30 days from the moment of payment. It does not renew by itself, and nothing is charged without you. If you pay again before the period ends, the new 30 days are added to its end and the plan you paid for last applies. When the period ends, the account moves to Free and your data stays.

6. 6.Refunds

   If you have not used the plan, you can get the money back within 14 days of the payment by writing to us from the account’s email address. Give the date and the amount of the payment. The money goes back through the payment service you paid with; when it reaches your card depends on that service and your bank.

   After a refund the paid plan closes at once, the account moves to Free and the payment shows as “Refunded” in your payment history. This does not limit your rights under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the protection of consumer rights”.

7. 7.Our obligations and liability

   We keep the features of the plan open for the period you paid for. The service is an early version and can be unavailable for a while; the terms of service set out what we are and are not liable for.

8. 8.Governing law and disputes

   The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Write to us first: most questions are settled by correspondence. A dispute we cannot settle together is decided under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

9. 9.Changes to the offer

   A new version applies to payments made after it is published, and the date at the top changes with it. A period you have already paid for runs on the terms that applied when you paid.
