The Excellence Scholarship of Kuwait University's College of Graduate Studies is aimed at master's students with a strong research record. The benefits page separately names accommodation and flights for students admitted from outside the State of Kuwait, so students from abroad are inside the scheme. Scholars are expected to contribute to the university's research work.
