Khalifa University in Abu Dhabi runs a five-tier scholarship for international bachelor's applicants. The top tier covers tuition in full; the lower tiers waive 75, 50 or 25 percent of the fees. There is no separate scholarship form — candidates are assessed during admission and mapped to a tier on academic merit.

Tier I covers tuition in full plus textbooks supplied by the university; Tiers II, III and IV waive 75, 50 and 25 percent of tuition; Tier V covers textbooks only. The page does not list housing or a monthly allowance for international bachelor's students.
