The second branch of the Chancellor's Scholarship looks at talent rather than at school marks: innovation, the arts, sport and technology. The university describes it on the page as support for national and international talent, and the application section names new international students separately. The upper tier waives 100 percent of tuition and the lower tier 50 percent.
