The Ernst Mach Grant is the research grant of Austria's education agency OeAD, open to young researchers from every country except Austria and from every discipline. The limit worth knowing: it does not pay for a bachelor's or a taught master's, but for a doctoral or postdoctoral research stay. Stays run from one to nine months and are counted in whole months only.
