Master Mind is the Flemish education ministry's master's scholarship for study at institutions in Flanders. The eligibility page says every nationality may apply, with Russian nationals as the single exception. The award runs for one academic year at 60 ECTS or two at 120 ECTS, and the academic bar is set high.

Amount
€10,225
EUR 10,225 for the academic year plus a waiver of the tuition fee. The host institution may still charge the lowest rate a local student on a Flemish government grant pays, which is EUR 136.50 for 2026-2027. The page warns that the scheme is under review by the ministry and that the amount, the selection process and the terms may change for 2027-2028.
