The engineering school of UCLouvain (EPL) funds strong candidates from anywhere in the world who have been admitted to one of its master's programmes in engineering, computer science or data science. Selection runs on academic excellence and in parallel with admissions. You apply for admission first and then fill in the separate scholarship form on the same page.

What it covers

Full tuition

The full UCLouvain tuition fee is covered for both years of the master's. Year two requires every first-year course to be credited with an average of at least 13 out of 20. The page mentions no living allowance, so none is promised here.

The scholarship form is due by 31 March for non-EU nationals and by 31 May for EU nationals, extended exceptionally to 21 June for EU students starting in 2026-2027. A citizen of Uzbekistan falls under the March date, so the master's application has to be settled before it. The page names no opening date for the call.
