ETH Zurich's main master's award: the university page sets no nationality condition, so a graduate of an Uzbek university may apply. The academic bar is high — a result in the top ten per cent of your bachelor's cohort. You apply inside a separate window alongside the master's application, and roughly sixty scholarships are given each year.
