A one-year master's in global affairs at Tsinghua University in Beijing, taught in English. The programme's own site calls it a fully funded master's. The admissions pages set no nationality bar and the class is built as roughly 40 per cent from the United States, 20 per cent from China and 40 per cent from the rest of the world, so a citizen of Uzbekistan can apply.

The programme's FAQ page lists tuition and fees, room and board, travel to and from Beijing at the start and end of the year, in-country study tours, course books, a laptop, health insurance and a personal stipend. The size of the stipend is not published.
