The Technical University of Denmark grants a very limited number of tuition fee waivers to new non-EU/EEA master's students. The waiver exists only for the autumn intake and is not offered for the spring one. Selection is academic: grades, the standing of the university that awarded the bachelor's degree, research experience or publications, relevant work and awards from competitions.

What it covers

Full tuition

The waiver covers the master's tuition fee for two years. The page promises nothing towards living costs or the application fee, which stay with the student. The waiver itself is granted after you have accepted the offer of admission.

Dates

There is no separate deadline: the scholarship is considered together with your programme application. Work to the admission deadline of the programme you choose.

There is no separate scholarship form, but the admission application must be in by the 15 January deadline with a separate personal statement written specifically for the waiver. Without that statement the application is not considered for it.
