Tecnun runs a separate award for master's students who do not live in San Sebastian, to soften the cost of moving there. The university page says the call is open to students from any country, so an applicant from Uzbekistan qualifies. It is aimed at the cost of living there rather than at the tuition fee.

What it covers
Monthly stipend
The page states up to EUR 400 a month for the ten months of the regular academic year. The period given over to the master's final project is not covered.
