Trinity College Dublin offers Global Excellence scholarships to international students with non-EU fee status who hold an offer for a full-time taught postgraduate programme. The award is a one-time reduction applied to the tuition fee. Applications are assessed on a rolling basis on academic achievement and the applicant's potential contribution to the Trinity community.

Part of the tuition
The award is a one-off reduction of between 2,000 and 5,000 euro depending on the region; the rest of the tuition fee stays with the student.

- Other conditionBusiness, engineering, natural sciences, and computer science and statistics courses are exempt from this scheme and have separate funding.

Applications are handled on a rolling basis once you hold a course offer, but each region has a final date. In the 2026/27 round the date for 'all other regions', the group Uzbekistan falls into, was 15 June 2026; the Americas closed on 1 April, Africa on 1 May and South East Asia and Oceania on 15 July.
