University College Dublin awards a limited number of Global Excellence scholarships each year to international students paying non-EU fees. They cover undergraduate and graduate taught programmes starting in September. You apply once you already hold an offer or a conditional offer for an eligible programme.

What it covers
Part of the tuition
A limited number of scholarships is awarded, some covering 100 percent of the tuition fee and some 50 percent, so a recipient may end up with either. Living costs are not part of the award.

The 2026/27 round is closed. In that round the closing dates were regional: 1 February for North America, 28 February for the Middle East, Africa and Pakistan, and 31 March for all other applicants, which is the group an applicant from Uzbekistan falls into.
