The 2026-27 allocation runs across 116 countries and reserves 12 places for Uzbekistan. Medicine, law and integrated programmes are excluded; other STEM and non-STEM streams are open.

What it covers
Full: tuition and living costs
ICCR pays the tuition fee to the university and adds a monthly stipend, a house rent allowance, a yearly contingency allowance and a thesis allowance, plus return economy airfare to the airport nearest the place of study. Hostel and mess charges, deposits and document fees stay with the student. The page does not publish the rupee figures.

The scheme page does not give a closing date for the 2026-27 cycle. Applications are made online on the ICCR A2A portal, and the Embassy of India in Tashkent announces when the cycle opens for Uzbekistan.
