The University of Padua offers up to 76 scholarships to international students entering its English-taught bachelor's and master's degrees. The conditions are concrete: the candidate must not hold Italian citizenship (dual citizenship aside), must not be resident in Italy when applying, and must hold a qualification earned outside Italy. There is no separate form — applying to the degree within the deadline already enters you for the award.
