The University of Central Asia teaches a five-year English-language undergraduate programme; the site names Naryn in Kyrgyzstan and Khorog in Tajikistan as its undergraduate campuses. The admissions page says quotas reserve 85 per cent of places for applicants from Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan and 15 per cent for international applicants, which is the group an Uzbek applicant falls into. Financial aid is guaranteed to every admitted student.
