Korea's state scholarship for a full bachelor's degree: one year of Korean language training first, then the degree itself at a participating university. An applicant chooses one of two routes — the Korean embassy in their own country, or a university that takes part in the scheme. The page states that the applicant and both parents must hold non-Korean citizenship, so citizens of Uzbekistan are eligible.
