Kazakhstan's education ministry offers study grants to foreign citizens. The portal says the ministry invites foreign citizens who are not citizens of Kazakhstan, including ethnic Kazakhs, to study at local universities, and it narrows the field to no list of countries. 490 bachelor's places are announced, and the applicant picks one of the participating universities.
