The master's half of the same state programme: the portal announces 50 places. It is described as open to foreign citizens who are not citizens of Kazakhstan, with no country restriction. The document list is the same as for the bachelor's call: a diploma with transcript, a motivation essay and a reference.

The portal does not say what the master's grant covers. Nothing is said about a monthly stipend or a dormitory, so those costs have to be established separately.
