What it covers
Full: tuition and living costs
The page lists full subsidised tuition, a living allowance of S$6,500 a year, up to S$2,000 a year towards hostel accommodation, a one-off S$2,000 computer allowance and an overseas programme grant of up to S$8,000. Holders must keep a CGPA of at least 3.5 out of 5.0.

There is no separate deadline: you apply for admission first, then fill in the scholarship form using your application number. The page puts interviews between March and May for the Singapore qualifications, and within two months of the NTU offer for applicants with Year 12 equivalent qualifications, which is the route from Uzbekistan.
