What you need to apply
General country requirements
This entry is general Bachelor’s admission in United Arab Emirates: the university is in the catalogue but its individual programme pages are not verified yet, so the country's general requirements are shown instead.
Check the university’s own page before you plan around it.
United Arab Emirates, bachelor’s
In the UAE the first step for an international applicant is equalising and attesting the school certificate at the Ministry of Education. Teaching is almost entirely in English, so IELTS or TOEFL is required, with a Foundation programme offered when the score falls short. You apply directly to the university, and the admission letter is what the student visa rests on. After arrival come the medical fitness test and the Emirates ID.
With an Uzbek attestat (11 years)
Foundation year
An 11-year attestat is normally short of the twelve-year expectation, and English is tested as well: the usual answer is a Foundation year. The ministry’s equalisation and the university make the final call.
