The visa English minimum has risen to IELTS 6.0 and the financial requirement is AUD 29,710. Universities themselves usually ask for IELTS 6.5. An 11-year attestat is not equal to Australian Year 12, so a Foundation year is normally needed.

From 10 May 2024 the financial capacity requirement for a Student visa is AUD 29,710 for an individual student, on top of course fees and travel. Savings, a loan or a scholarship can all evidence it.
