France Excellence is the scholarship of the French embassy in Uzbekistan, and it is restricted to Uzbek citizens. A candidate needs a bachelor's degree, or to be finishing one, plus a place on a master's programme at a French public or private institution. There is no restriction on the subject: any specialism offered by French universities is allowed.

What it covers
Monthly stipend
A monthly allowance for the length of the course, a return air ticket, student insurance for applicants under 28 and a waiver of the visa fee. There is help with a CROUS student room, though places are limited. The page states no euro figure, so none is given here.
