A master's scholarship from Malaysia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs: graduates from the developing countries in the MTCP network study at Malaysian universities for 24 to 36 months. The official eligibility list names 144 countries and Uzbekistan is on it. Priority goes to ICT, economics and trade, STEM, food security, Islamic finance, law, public administration and environmental science.

Full: tuition and living costs
Tuition for the whole sponsorship period is paid directly to the university, and the student receives a monthly allowance into a Malaysian bank account. A flight to Malaysia at the start and a return flight at the end are covered. The guidelines do not state the size of the allowance, and visa and medical check-up costs stay with the applicant.
