The NL Scholarship is funded jointly by the Dutch education ministry and the participating institutions, and it is aimed at students holding a non-EEA nationality, which includes citizens of Uzbekistan. It applies to full-time bachelor's or master's study and is paid in the first year only. You apply to the institution, and each one sets its own closing date and extra conditions.
