The University of Twente in Enschede runs its own award for strong master's candidates from non-EU/EEA countries, which is the group a citizen of Uzbekistan falls into. It applies to MSc programmes only, needs a separate application, and depends on being admitted to the university first. The same page also lists the NL Scholarship and the Kipaji fund for students from emerging economies.
