The Turkish government's master's scholarship funds study at leading Turkish universities in social sciences, humanities, natural sciences and engineering. Candidates choose only from the universities and departments the system offers them, and applications go through TBBS between 10 January and 20 February. The page states that Türkiye Scholarships awards nothing in the health sciences.

University placement, tuition, accommodation, health insurance, a one-year Turkish course and a one-off flight. At master's level the page states a monthly stipend of 6,500 Turkish lira.
