A fully funded scholarship co-financed by Türkiye Scholarships (YTB) and the Islamic Development Bank. The YTB announcement says the programme is open to students from IsDB member countries and to Muslim communities in other countries; Uzbekistan appears on the bank's own published list of member countries. You apply through the ordinary Türkiye Scholarships system.

Full: tuition and living costs
The page lists a monthly stipend, accommodation support, tuition fees, health insurance, a one-year Turkish language course and a one-time round-trip airfare. The stipend figure is set by YTB for each cycle.
