This award is for international students who are already studying at a Turkish university at their own expense and have shown strong academic results. It is not an admission scholarship: it goes to someone already enrolled and runs for one academic year. An Uzbek student paying their own fees in Türkiye can apply for it.

What it covers
Monthly stipend
Only the monthly stipend is paid; accommodation and other costs are not covered. The page states 3,500 Turkish lira a month at undergraduate level and 5,000 lira at master's level.
