The admissions page states the condition briefly: all international degree students can apply, so there is no nationality bar for a citizen of Uzbekistan. What it covers
Part of the tuition
The award gives a tuition subsidy of up to TWD 100,000 each semester and a monthly stipend of TWD 8,000. Administrative fees, thesis advisor's fees, insurance, accommodation, internet and credit fees are excluded. It runs for the designated years of study of the programme.

Dates
There is no separate deadline: the scholarship is considered together with your programme application. Work to the admission deadline of the programme you choose.
The scholarship has no deadline of its own: it is decided alongside the admission application, so the dates to watch are NTU's international admission rounds. Renewal requires a GPA of 3.38 or above each academic year.
