The Humphrey Fellowship is a ten-month Fulbright programme: mid-career professionals take non-degree graduate study at a US host campus and complete at least six weeks of a professional affiliation. It does not award a degree, so it is aimed at someone already carrying management or policy responsibility rather than at a recent graduate. Fellows are placed in thematic cohorts and may not request a particular university.
