Admission is need-blind, so asking for aid is not a disadvantage in the decision. The university awards no academic or athletic merit scholarships: all support is a need-based grant that does not have to be repaid.

What it covers

Full: tuition and living costs

The grant covers the difference between Princeton's costs and the parental contribution the university calculates, and it is never repaid. The size follows from the financial documents the family submits.

Dates

There is no separate deadline: the scholarship is considered together with your programme application. Work to the admission deadline of the programme you choose.

No separate scholarship date is announced. The financial aid application runs with the undergraduate admission deadlines that Princeton publishes for each entry year.
