Uzbekistan, bachelor’s
Uzbek bachelor admission runs on entrance examinations set by the State Test Centre, with online registration at my.uzbmb.uz where you choose your region. The examinations are normally held across July and August, and scores are announced the day after the test. The core document is the 11-year attestat or a college or lyceum diploma. Holders of the national certificate may be exempt from individual subject tests — the State Test Centre publishes the current rules.
With an Uzbek attestat (11 years)
Straight into the first year
The Uzbek attestat gives direct entry: no bridging stage, only the State Test Centre entrance examination.
Documents
School certificate
The school-leaving certificate, or the college or lyceum diploma, with its grade supplement.
Academic transcript
The grade supplement to the certificate.
Passport
The passport or, for citizens, the biometric ID; foreign applicants also need the study visa and registration at their place of stay.
Photograph
Passport photographs for the test-centre registration file and the university file.
Certified translationOptional
Applicants with a foreign certificate submit a notarised translation into Uzbek or Russian. Holders of an Uzbek attestat need none.

Minimum grades and years of school
11 years of school
The Uzbek attestat after eleven years of school, or a college or academic lyceum diploma, is what bachelor admission is built on.
3.5 on the Uzbek 5-point scale
An indicative attestat average. Admission is decided on the test score against the year’s quota rather than on the school average, so this is context, not a threshold.
