United Kingdom, bachelor’s
UK bachelor admission runs through UCAS: up to five courses, a personal statement and a school reference. Universities expect 13 years of schooling (A-levels or equivalent), so an 11-year Uzbek attestat normally needs a foundation year first. The visa asks for CEFR B2 English, a CAS and money held for 28 days. Always check the exact grades on the course page.
With an Uzbek attestat (11 years)
Foundation year
An 11-year attestat falls short of A-level: direct year-one entry normally requires a one-year International Foundation Year, or one completed year at an Uzbek university.
Documents
School certificate
The Uzbek school-leaving certificate with its grade supplement, or the foundation-year certificate if you took one.
Academic transcript
The year-by-year marks behind the certificate. Universities read them, not only the final average.
Certified translation
Certified English translations of every document that is not already in English.
English certificate
The test report that proves CEFR B2 (or B1 below degree level) for the visa, and whatever score the course itself asks for.
Probably right
Motivation letter
The UCAS personal statement — one statement for all five choices.
Letter of recommendation
One academic reference, submitted through UCAS by a teacher or the school.
Passport
A valid passport with a blank page for the vignette.
Probably right
Financial statement
The Home Office asks for £1,529 per month in London or £1,171 per month outside London, for up to 9 months, plus the first year of tuition. The money must sit in the account for 28 days in a row and the statement must end within 31 days of the visa application.
Probably right
PhotographOptional
A digital photograph is taken at the visa application centre, so most applicants do not upload one. Universities sometimes ask for a photo with the application itself.

Tests
Any one of these is enough
IELTS 6, each section at least 5.5
The usual undergraduate requirement and the usual way to evidence CEFR B2. Selective courses ask for 6.5 or 7.0.
TOEFL iBT 72
Typical undergraduate equivalent of IELTS 6.0. Check the course page.
PTE Academic 54
Typical undergraduate equivalent of IELTS 6.0. Check the course page.
Duolingo English Test 105
Accepted by many but not all UK universities; confirm before you book it.

Minimum grades and years of school
13 years of school
Year-one entry follows 13 years of school in the UK system. UCAS advises international applicants to have their qualification compared by UK ENIC; an 11-year attestat comes out below A-level.
4 on the Uzbek 5-point scale
An indicative attestat average for a competitive offer after a foundation year. Providers publish their own grades.

Other requirements
At least 16 years old
The Student visa is for applicants aged 16 or over. At 16 or 17 you also have to show written consent from your parents.
Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) issued by a licensed student sponsor
You cannot apply for the visa until the university has offered you a place and issued a CAS.
English at CEFR level B2 for a degree-level course, proved by a Secure English Language Test or accepted by the university's own assessment
Degree-level courses need B2 in reading, writing, speaking and listening. Universities may run their own assessment at the same level instead of a SELT.
Tuberculosis test certificate from a clinic approved by the Home Office
Uzbekistan is on the Home Office's TB test list, so anyone who has lived there for six months or more and applies to stay in the UK longer than six months needs a certificate from a Home Office approved clinic. The same page links the list of clinics in Uzbekistan.
UK ENIC Statement of Comparability when the university asks how the attestat comparesOptional
Not checked yetUniversities with no experience of Uzbek qualifications may ask for this rather than assess it themselves.
