What documents and grades do you need to study in Lithuania?
A Lithuanian bachelor starts from your school leaving certificate, certified by the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education (SKVC). The programmes Study in Lithuania lists are taught in English, but the test and the score are written in each university's own admission rules. You apply straight to the university, and most deadlines for the autumn semester fall in June. You need both the national visa (D) and the temporary residence permit, and health insurance cover of EUR 5792.40.
Foundation year
If your English or your preparation falls short of a bachelor, Lithuania runs preparatory courses: a one-year English Foundation at SMK College of Applied Sciences and half-year English courses at Vilnius Business College and Kaunas University of Technology. They build on the attestat you already have; for the bachelor application that certificate still has to be certified by SKVC, and the degrees that follow are taught in English. The visa, residence permit and EUR 5792.40 insurance rules are unchanged.
With an Uzbek attestat (11 years)
Foundation year
This level is the preparatory route itself: Study in Lithuania lists preparatory courses at Lithuanian institutions, including a one-year English Foundation. An Uzbek school-leaver with an 11-year attestat takes such a course and then applies to a bachelor with the SKVC certification.
Documents
School certificate
The secondary education document you already hold is what a preparatory course builds on before the bachelor application, which needs it certified by the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education.

English certificate
Study in Lithuania says the programmes are taught in English but does not say which certificate proves it, so plan on the test the university names in its own admission rules.
Passport
The national visa (D) is issued in your passport, and Study in Lithuania says you must apply for both the national visa (D) and the temporary residence permit before you come to Lithuania; the page itself does not list the documents.
Financial statement
Proof that you can support yourself is part of the visa and permit file, and the official pages read here name no amount — the Migration Department and the embassy set it.
Certified translation
The Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education certifies the foreign school document, and the page does not state the translation rules, so expect a translation into Lithuanian or English.
Apostille
Lithuania (in force 19 July 1997) and Uzbekistan (15 April 2012) are both parties to the Hague Apostille Convention, so an Uzbek education document travels with an apostille rather than consular legalisation.

The two official pages disagree, so confirm the order with the visa centre before you book anything.

Bachelor’s
With an Uzbek attestat (11 years)
One year at a university in Uzbekistan
Study in Lithuania says only that a bachelor needs the school leaving certificate of your country, certified by SKVC. The page never states how many school years are required, so it is silent about an Uzbek 11-year attestat. The conservative reading is taken here: if the SKVC assessment falls short, a year of university study at home or a preparatory course in Lithuania closes the gap.
